About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cabinet Maker and Designer to join our custom woodworking team in the beautiful town of Edwards, Colorado. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on precision, creativity, and accountability. You’ll be responsible for turning shop drawings into beautifully crafted cabinetry — from design through fabrication and installation support.

What You’ll Do

• Build high-end custom cabinets using advanced woodworking techniques
• Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and blueprints
• Visit job sites to verify field measurements
• Select, order, and manage wood materials and hardware
• Keep machinery in good working order and maintain a clean, organized shop
• Lead or collaborate with other team members with professionalism and clarity
• Maintain a no-nonsense, solutions-first attitude — delivering consistent, quality results

What We’re Looking For

• Several years of experience in cabinetry and fine woodworking
• Strong creative and technical design sense
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• Familiarity with hardware systems (hinges, slides, reach-in setups, etc.)
• Mechanically inclined — can troubleshoot and maintain tools and machinery
• Physically strong, mentally sharp, and extremely reliable
• A calm, direct communicator who takes pride in their craft
